At Our Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to make your shopping experience smooth and risk-free. If something doesn’t go as expected, our return and refund process is designed to be easy, transparent, and fair.

 

🔁 1. Return & Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-Day Free Replacement on eligible items if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is incomplete or missing accessories

📌 Conditions for return:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
  • A clear unboxing video is required for faster processing in case of damage or wrong item claims.

 

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Items without original packaging or invoice
  • Personal care, undergarments, or hygiene-related products (if used or unsealed)
  • Gift cards or digital products

 

💬 How to Request a Return or Replacement

💰 2. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • If you paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), we will request your bank/UPI details to initiate the refund.

✅ You’ll receive confirmation once the refund is processed.

 

⚠️ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed—but you may still request a return after delivery as per our return policy.

🕒 Processing Time

  • Return Pickup: 2–4 business days (based on pin code)
  • Refund after Inspection: 3–7 business days
  • Replacements: Shipped within 24 hours after return approval
